I was extremely happy with the price, but wary due to other reviews mentioning struggles to get the update code applied. As it turned out, the same thing happened to me... initially, code wouldn't apply. I contacted support, and they were EXTREMELY helpful and prompt to respond. I ended up needing to reinstall Windows (but it was an in-place install; nothing was lost), but that did the trick - code applied successfully, and I'm up and running! Again, support was fantastic - I'll be back!

I was very happy with Windows 11 Pro and the price. I purchased two copies and installed on two Laptops. I had problems at first installing and after a short time both copies were installed on both Laptops very easy. I must admit the problem turned out to be my fault. After calling support I received first class help and got the products installed and both copies worked as advertised. Great products worth the cost!!

My copy of win 11 pro would not activate so I spent hours trying to fix the problem myself without success and then I emailed support and very quickly they gave me a solution which worked. This is a bargain at $20, I have never seen it sold at this price anywhere. If you want to upgrade to Win 11 Pro get it here.

This is the second Windows 11 Pro license I have purchase via Mashable. The first one worked perfect, the second one also worked but was a bit of a pain. My email indicated "A small number of customers run into a "used key" error message during the redemption process" I was one of the small number. I contacted the vendor via support, they sent me an email with the process to correct this. The process has you call Microsoft and go through a phone process that took about 15 to 20 minutes.
